Last weekend, I returned books to the Shanghai Library and borrowed another one: "I Am a Cat" by Natsume Soseki, a Japanese "national writer". The protagonist is a cat living in a teacher's house, calling itself "I Am a Cat". This book tells the story of its daily life and the social situation from its perspective.
I have currently finished reading two chapters. Although it is in the form of a story, I still need to read it repeatedly to understand the author's intended meaning. I hope to gain a lot from it, and I will organize my thoughts after reading it.
